Well I tried Make space 20ft storage container. Good initial customer service and summer promo, then contract email dates confirmed. Delivery day no calls and very late day arrival. Nice clean container a week before moving. On pick up day per agreement Aug 7th, nobody showed up. No calls , or reasons. Tried call and email company on Friday Chris M, NO zero response. Customer service was excellent. Storage space was clean.
Good service, nice staff, and spacious climate controlled storage units. They have an elevator to move stuff upstairs easily and stairwells if the elevator is full.
Chris was awesome to deal with, very friendly and helpful. It is nice to have the units heated as well as someone in the office if there was a problem.
