Customer service has been friendly and helpful. I have spoken with Aron and Austin and few times in setting up my lease and subsequent payment updates. They are responsive and informative, always being sure to reiterate the amount to be charged and when payment is due.
Austin was top tier help the whole time I had my stuff stored here. Great experience all around

I called to make a payment and got no response, within a few minutes I was being called back. Aron did a wonderful job in helping me make sure my payment was processed.
