Wonderful! The staff was so kind. My daughter is terrified of needles and Karissa was so wonderful at keeping her calm and talking her through the whole process. Now, my girl who had been so nervous about getting her ears pierced for year (she is seventeen) is sporting double piercing and says she feel awesome! Thank you Karissa!
Karissa is so sweet and awesome! She was very kind, charismatic, and professional. She made me feel completely at ease and gave me her professional advice on jewelry so I didn't make the mistake of getting a piece that would be awful to ever change. She answered all or my questions and more. The shop itself is very clean and stylish. Highly recommend!!
Today I went in to see Karissa to get my septum pierced and to say the it went ok is a big understatement. She was super kind and charismatic which totally helped distract me from being nervous. The room I was in was super clean and well lit. (which is nice bc the last time I got pierced it felt like I was in a closet) And when she did pierce me she was super gentle and just overall amazing!! I may be coming back soon for another!
Friendly, fun, and excellent at what she does. :-) Her selection of jewellery is beautiful and high quality. :-)
Karissa was awesome! She took the time to really connect and answer my questions about the piercing I was getting and some questions I had about a few I was considering getting. So far, it's healing like a champ, very little swelling, and it looks great! Plus she charged a fair price and had a very nice assortment of jewelry.
