We are very pleased with our new bathroom. We were able to get the look we had hoped for and I smile whenever I walk by the new bathroom. We were happy with the team that worked with the slate. They put in a lot of effort with the design features, hand cutting many of the tiles. They implemented the ideas that I wanted in terms of vanity, lighting and faucets. What an improvement to our house! A big "Thank You" to Charles and his team for doing such a great job. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful and the crew was fast and thorough. We love our new floors and will be calling back when we want to update the bedrooms!!

WORST TILE CREW OUT THERE! Do NOT use them for any commercial job. Ezzard (the owner) I guess he goes by Charles too, doesn't know how to read plans and messed about $25K worth of work on 1 job for Pennington Commercial. Second job we used him to try and work off some of the damage from the first.... WORST IDEA ever! He's now walked off the job and having to replace thousands of feet of tile.

We are extremely pleased with all of the work that Make It Happen Floors have done. I have absolutely no complaints!! We are already considering another project a little further down the road. He was able to exceed my expectations. He gave what I wanted and also things I didn't know I wanted. If you are considering remodeling, I highly recommend this company.
