DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! I watched the hygienist today put her gloved hands in my child's mouth, then reach and move the overhead light which was not covered with a replaceable plastic cover, then put her hand back in my child's mouth, then turn around and open a drawer to pull something she forgot out, and then put her gloved hand BACK IN MY CHILD'S MOUTH without changing gloves. Terrible service. Was being charged $200 copay until following up with insurance. Turns out the dentist was incompetently or wilfully filing claims improperly and misreading benefits to squeeze more money out of the visits. My daughter is 5 years old and has a primary and secondary dental insurance with %100 coverage. They were asking this $200 for every visit on a 4-5 treatment visit plan. This would equate to over $1k copay cumulatively. Would not recommend this place at all!
We came to Make a Smile because we were so frustrated with our former pediatric dental office. They had great reviews, so we gave it a try, and it really was a very smooth process! Allissah was so helpful with filling out new patient froms, Bernice and Vipanpreet helped my son (who’s prone to anxiety with dentists!) have a great experience, and Dr Gill was so kind and knowledgeable. My Confidence was built up very quickly at this office. Highly recommend!
We moved here a year ago and had a horrible first pediatric dentist experience. We are now with Make A Smile and our children, my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the staff! Alissah, Bernice, Vipanpreet, and Dr. Gill are awesome!!!! If you have kids, do yourself a favor and check them out!
Constantly rescheduling appts due to Dr being out. Scheduled us for a filling then said they couldn't do it when we came in because of her braces (they knew she had braces). Canceled appt due to an insurance issue and refused to call us and let us know when it has been resolved.
