I am NEVER coming back here again! I should’ve read the reviews before I went for my wisdom teeth removal. So I went in to get 1 wisdom tooth removed and to get a root canal at the same time because it was causing me a lot of pain not only did they not offer to put me to sleep but they didn’t give me enough sedation and I felt EVERY LITTLE CRACK they were making to get my tooth out. Do not go here if you are an autistic adult I had a oral surgery consultation They were suppose to call to schedule the treatment and I still haven't heard back. I have teeth that are rotten my gums are infected and they let me leave the office with no antibiotics. I requested to be contacted by a supervisor to schedule my appointment no one has responded they didn't even send the treatment referral to the insurance correctly. The place doesn't look decent but getting my wisdon teath with sena and I forgot the surgeons name but they made it relaxing and comfortable but even the staff and front desk was amazing I recommend this place but I also recommend them to relocate to a new building cause that building isnt worth their work in that place they amazing
Wouldn’t recommend this location or any other locations. Seems to me that they only have availabilities when they’re the one who needs to reschedule the appt. Had to reschedule my appointment for the first time and they did not have anything available until 2-3 months out. When they called to reschedule my appt, they were able to schedule me in within a week or two. Something seems off. I rather take my business elsewhere.
I had all my teeth extracted to get ready for dentures and procedure was 2 and a half hours staff was very friendly and made sure I was in as little pain as possible thank you all at make a smile for being there for my dental needs , so like u were told as a child you can't judge a book by its cover so if you are reading the first review he was just mad cuz the building looks a little rough but Sacramento is a pretty rough town in that area but dental work there was great thank u make a smile 😁
