The front office was unprofessional and disorganized when I tried to schedule an appointment. The communication was unclear and the process was unnecessarily complicated. As a result, I chose to change my referral and go to a different dental office.”

This place is a joke!! My mother paid 628 dollars for a treatment she never got after all asked for refund they said they'd "mail it" in a check months later no check ever came in the mail when I called them they said contact the USPS office which I did and was told days later when I finally got a response from USPS that this dental office never sent any mail that was directly sent to my mom under her name so we got lied to by this dental office I mean I even confirmed the address and they never sent that check but they clai... read more
