If I could give 0 I would. Not gentle, not patient. I'm an adult and it sucked, and this place is for KIDS. I'm sorry if this is your only option like it was for me. Dentist grabbed my head aggressively when pulling my teeth. Lobby is gross and falling apart. Don't come here unless it's your only option.
Overall it was an okay experience. The office is dirty and looks to not have been cleaned or sanitized in months. But what I am upset about is that the person who just did my daughter's sealant for the cavities stained her face. My daughter did not move at all during this process and now has a black smudge next to her nose. And when I called they said it will take DAYS to finally come off of her face. I am NEVER coming back here again! I should’ve read the reviews before I went for my wisdom teeth removal. So I went in to get 1 wisdom tooth removed and to get a root canal at the same time because it was causing me a lot of pain not only did they not offer to put me to sleep but they didn’t give me enough sedation and I felt EVERY LITTLE CRACK they were making to get my tooth out. Do not go here if you are an autistic adult I had a oral surgery consultation They were suppose to call to schedule the treatment and I still haven't heard back. I have teeth that are rotten my gums are infected and they let me leave the office with no antibiotics. I requested to be contacted by a supervisor to schedule my appointment no one has responded they didn't even send the treatment referral to the insurance correctly. The place doesn't look decent but getting my wisdon teath with sena and I forgot the surgeons name but they made it relaxing and comfortable but even the staff and front desk was amazing I recommend this place but I also recommend them to relocate to a new building cause that building isnt worth their work in that place they amazing
