Do not try this company even once... you will be scammed. After about 5 months, I am still waiting for my box to arrive and be received by my loved ones in the Philippines. Online tracking is not updated; if you use text messaging to track your box, it will take more than a day to get answer. this company is running a scam boxes will never get there.5mounths latter and all you get is one lie after another.when you call them they love to tell you next week. then next week they will say dont have any trucks available.ship with somone else.THIS PLACE IS RUNNING A SCAM.
Not even worth 1 STAR for their terrible service! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! My box from US took them 4 LONG MONTHS to be delivered. What is the use of their tracking app if they do not scan boxes and update! USELESS service! NEVER AGAIN! Please bring your business somewhere else, NOT RELIABLE. JUST EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES.
The box that i sent from South Fl. USA finally arrived yesterday tattered but resealed. I don't know who owns this company but the service is poor . almost 4 months that it finally arrived with missing items. To whoever is reading this review you should think twice before using them.I alerted all my friends Abroad about this incident . The box that I've sent is almost 2 months now. They keep on saying there is a delay in the shipment. First time trying will never try again. Never experienced this with LBC!
Been the worst ever since they had Indian drivers. They are unprofessional, lazy, and demands for a tip everytime!
