DO NOT BUY OPAL INLAID RINGS FROM THIS PLACE! we bought our matching wedding rings from this place about a year ago, koa wood and opal, for a June 2024 wedding, both rings have had the opal break apart and fall out. They replaced the first ring promptly, but now they will not replace the second. They want to repair it, but we don't want that since we know the ring is falling apart and will probably do it again. Exceptional experience - purchased a wedding ring in 2022 and the wonderful folks we worked with went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and arrived in time. Purchased anniversary rings 3 years later and again had an amazing experience. Couldn't recommend this shop more and am forever grateful for their jewelry quality, kindness, and excellent customer service.
Had a lot of purchases done with them, had a few items returned due to errors in their order (misspelled words, missed black enamel, wrong ring size…) sad that they wanted to argue more then serving their customers to satisfaction. Taking ALL my business somewhere else more professional with excellent service! Their LOSS. Save your time and money.
