I appreciated working with Dr. Tshionyi. He was thoughtful and more personable than most neurologists. He helped me greatly with my condition. I wish more Doctors had his bedside manner.
Saw him for some challenging neurological issues, and yes, he does seem like he needs a nap as other ppl mentioned. But he's wicked smart, listens carefully and his approach to diagnose seems right on target. I kind of trust him already. HOWEVER, the Western Washington Medical Group system is pretty awful. No one answers phones, no one returns calls, it’s ridiculous. Need procedures ordered? Wait 3 weeks, call repeatedly w/ no answer or return call. Great doctor. Compassionate, answered all my questions. Helped me alleviate my symptoms. Great experience overall.
Seen me for 10 minutes as a new patient for a cyst in my brain. Slouching the whole time in his chair and constantly yawning while he’s talking to me. I was his first patient. Didn’t review my chart and asked why I was there. Have no info and just wanted to prescribe me amitriptyline and sumatriptan for “headache” symptoms when I have more than just pain. Pharmacy couldn’t dispense one of the medications because it can’t be taken with any of my other meds. The other medication he prescribed I had an allergic reaction to. I’v... read more
