Called to get a quote on a basement renovation was advised they are doing outdoor work and basement reno's is a winter job. I was told all contacts work this way and I will "pay a premium" this time of year to get my basement renovate. suggested I call back in the winter time

When we were doing up our new home we just didn't like anything available on the market. It was either boring, overpriced or unsuitable.
