RecommendedKudos to the Mak team and their new pellet boss. After patiently waiting since announcement, I got my electronics today. Instructions are incredibly clear. 6 screws, remove connectors, reconnect to new controller and screw it back on. Power up and works like a champ. Easy peasy. Only thing I would recommend is a note about the wifi chip change out for those who purchased - only because I'm stupid and forgot to reattach the antenna- 5 screws into reattachment when I realized. Great job Team Mak!
The craftsmanship and design are SUPERIOR! The Mak Family stands behind their products like none other and why not? When you produce such fine products from their top of the line grills to their rubs and sauces. THAT'S BBQ the way it ought to be!
We have owned a MAK Two-Star General since 2009 and just purchased a brand new Two-Star General last and could not be happier. There is not another pellet grill that stands up to a MAK. The customer service is the best.
I am a Previous Mak 1 star owner and Currently a Mak 2 star owner. These Grills are second to none as far as quality , craftsmanship and overall features and ease of use but that not the best part. I have recently acquired a Two Star General grill. I did my break in earlier today and the instructions were easy to follow and everything went exactly as described. I will be cooking a whole Cornish hen later today. So excited to start this MAK Grill adventure!!!
Man, Mak is the shit hands down better than any other pellet smoker out there! Period!
