Update. Spoke with the property manager again to no avail. Asked to speak to corporate and have her blown off again. Called on Monday and was told I would be called back within 2 days. I called back today and was told she would follow up and obviously that was a lie. This place is terrible . Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Do not move here !!!!!!! I moved out because of the roaches and poor management but they put my reason for move out on paper as “moving closer to home” . I got a bill after I moved out for over $1200 for things I put maintenance request in for but they never fixed . Absolutely not paying that and have already contacted the health department. ‼️ Beware coming here! I can’t stress that enough. You can’t hardly ever get a call or email answered or returned for starters. They could care less about anything that is wrong. I live downstairs and I have a family of 5 with 2 small kids above me and they run wide open all day and night. The fixtures on the ceiling shake and it sounds like they’re coming through the floor. Do not live here. Scam artists. We moved into these apartment February of 2023. Since we moved in we had no mailbox our WHOLE LEASE. Roaches our WHOLE LEASE. we are clean people no matter what we did even our own traps we even paid monthly for extermination it wasn’t done monthly and when they’d claim to do it never helped. Eventually our toilets started having issues they were running constantly and we put in multiple requests for maintenance to fix it and they did not and we had to over pay$500 on water bills while in the ... read more
Just moved in last month and so far we love the apartment. The assistant Manager-Maria was extremely kind and helped us with every little step throughout the process and made us feel very welcomed. Apartment is very nice, clean and spacious for two people. The very minor issues like a loose door hinge was fixed by maintenance on the same day so they are quick to respond to even small issues. Overall I’m very glad to have found this home.
