If I could 0 stars I would . This is the worst place to live . They have breached the contract on their side multiple times . As example me and my boyfriend selling point for this apartment was the gated community we both drive nicer cars and that was our main concern and of course our safety come to find out after we already signed papers the gates have not been working for 2 years along with the pool as well not to mention while moving in I was parked under what they call “covered parking” which is not allowed if you do no... read more

The assistant manager Maria is the best, she is helpful kind and helped us through the entire process. She has bent over backwards for me and my partner and helping us get into our apartment. Best building manager ever
Friend lives here. Apartment are quiet and clean.
First floor floods almost every time it rains. Flooded so much that the maintenance would ignore my request about the flooding. Had to use towels on the floor to soak up the water since no one was coming to fix the problem. I can honestly say after being in the military for over twelve years and moving around this has been the worst. Don't let the thought of the apartments being newer fool you.
