I have nothing but great things to say about Majors place and the ladies in the office. They are always going out of their way to help and always take care of anything that comes up, the maintence team is also awesome. It’s very quiet and we love it here.
Update. Spoke with the property manager again to no avail. Asked to speak to corporate and have her blown off again. Called on Monday and was told I would be called back within 2 days. I called back today and was told she would follow up and obviously that was a lie. Management honestly only cares about their own paychecks and blowing off the tenants. 😡😡😡 I warn you to read all reviews carefully. They overwhelmingly have negative reviews all across the board! This place is terrible . Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Do not move here !!!!!!! I moved out because of the roaches and poor management but they put my reason for move out on paper as “moving closer to home” . I got a bill after I moved out for over $1200 for things I put maintenance request in for but they never fixed . Absolutely not paying that and have already contacted the health department. ‼️ Beware coming here! I can’t stress that enough. You can’t hardly ever get a call or email answered or returned for starters. They could care less about anything that is wrong. I live downstairs and I have a family of 5 with 2 small kids above me and they run wide open all day and night. The fixtures on the ceiling shake and it sounds like they’re coming through the floor.
