I spent the majority of time leaving messages to only be returned 3-5 days later. Even left messages for supervisor (calls NEVER returned). These people even got my insurance portion wrong (be sure you are familiar with your policy). They are always pleasant, but don’t be fooled by this. Lack luster with a ho-him attitude. If you have weeks to spare just try to communicate with these people, then go ahead. I guarantee they will call back apologizing that they forgot some more paperwork needed.
