I would not hesitate to recommend Majors Home Improvement. I waited many years to have the windows replaced in my 1950's home and what a difference it has made! The whole project from start to finish was well-managed with excellent communication. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, courteous, and very professional. Travis and his crew were so efficient that all 10 windows got done in one day. I could not be more pleased with quality of the windows and the work done on my home.

Outstanding from beginning to end. Very happy with the sales, service and follow up on our window installation project. Installation techs were friendly and left our home in great condition after the install. Follow up to arrange inspection was timely and professional. Excellent service, from the initial visit, they keep you informed all the way to instillation. Beyond quality products! Instillation with Travis and Josh was beyond my expectations. They were extremely easy to work with kept me informed on the progress and how things worked maintenance required everything.... They were very friendly and professional. MHI team did a great job with my contract for HVHZ windows, accordion and decorative shutters. When products came in early they immediately called me to see if I want to move up our installation date. Of course we did, and they came right out and did a great job on all, from preparation, installation, clean-up, and educating us on function of all moving parts. Prompt and courteous throughout the process.
We’ve used Major’s for several home projects because of their quality workmanship and incredible customer service. Our most recent was a complete window replacement of 10 windows. From the initial call to Natalie, the consultation with John, the measurements with Adam, the project manager Heath and the installation team of Aaron and Anthony, the entire process went smoothly and was completed in a little more than 1 month.
