I was very impressed with Majors from the initial consultation to the installation. The product is fantastic, and the professionals I interacted with were courteous and helpful. However, the post-installation cleanup left a lot to be desired. There were leftover brick chunks, dust, and screws scattered around the exterior of my house, including my patio furniture. We had 29 windows put in our home. The installation crew removed the old windows and took down our existing blinds. They left our property spotless removing all the debris. And, they reinstalled all our blinds when the windows were installed. We are very pleased with the new windows. Majors gave us a fair estimate of cost, a timeline for installation, and an assurance that our windows would be properly installed. They met or exceeded all our expectations.

Fantastic service and very professional. We have used Majors Home Improvement for many years for their window installation and follow-up service. We have had an excellent experience from the start. Micheal was our sales person and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. We have a lot of windows so two day install with Jason and Tristin and Josh and Travis. Every appointment that was made they were on time. Very respectful. All the old windows were disposed of and they all left the place spotless. The whole process only took 6 weeks from ordering to installation. Very happy that we choose Majors Home Improvement.

I would not hesitate to recommend Majors Home Improvement. I waited many years to have the windows replaced in my 1950's home and what a difference it has made! The whole project from start to finish was well-managed with excellent communication. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, courteous, and very professional. Travis and his crew were so efficient that all 10 windows got done in one day. I could not be more pleased with quality of the windows and the work done on my home.
