My new windows look great! Love 'em! The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the installers didn't do a very good job cleaning up when done. I thought after paying close to $1000 per window that the windows should have been cleaned before they left. And the debris from drilling holes in the bricks to install storm panels was not cleaned up. That said, I would still recommend Majors Home Improvement for your home projects.

They were very professional and even replaced a couple of old panes I had ruined asthetically with an aggressive amount of wasp spray. This is second time we have used Majors. Would usr again.

From the Initial project interview in my home to the completion of my project. I observed professionalism and customer service like I have not observed much in today's business environment. The quality of the work by the construction crew on my new entry door, storm door and patio cover was superb. After completion of the project the work area was left in a very clean condition. I highly recommend Majors Home Improvement to everyone.

From the initial meeting with the salesman, *****, to the very end where the windows and sliding glass door were installed, everything went flawlessly. Majors home improvement has an excellent system in place and at each step, I was kept informed of the time line and when the contractors would be coming out to complete each part of process. They use their own people, not sub contractors and the warrantee on the windows was excellent for the price. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them to others.

We would give Major's 10 stars if we could!!! This company actually does EXACTLY what they say they will do...ON SCHEDULE!! They have GREAT PRODUCTS...and the BEST customer service of ANY company we have worked with during the rebuild of our home!!! From sales people to management to installation crew...ALL PREMIER PROFESSIONALS!! After 1.5 years of frustration and "rip offs" since Hurricane Michael, I must say working with Major's was a "breath of fresh air". HATS OFF to the entire TEAM!!
