Friendly and professional staff from the sales representative to the installers. Excellent products--most of the hurricane shutters were made "in-house" but the Colonial hurricane shutters were contracted out. It took longer than expected to get the Colonial shutters back so our installation could begin. The young men who installed the shutters were very efficient and clearly explained how to install them when needed. We received a diagram of the house and the shutters are clearly labeled so it will be easy to cover our wind... read more

Majors Home Improvement performed an outstanding job replacing all the windows at my home here in Pensacola. I was amazed at the quality of workmanship that was done. The crew cleaned as they went from window to window. I would recommend Majors to anyone I meet, and I've already spoke highly of Majors to all my co-workers and my neighbors. This is the 2nd project they have done for me and hopefully in the future I can get other need to projects done on my older home by Majors.

Very professional team installed two windows in the master bedroom. They were courteous and prompt. The whole experience from quote to completion of the project was great. Major's has a fine and well deserved reputation and I now agree with customers in their commercials. I recommend them for any home improvement project large or small.

Very Professional. The Gentlemen that did the job were very knowledgeable and let us know when they were moving to the next location from window to window so we could move our dog to another location. Thanks Very Much. Quality Product!

Major Home Improvement, took excellent care of our needs. The appointment process was seamless. When our windows were ready we were called and the a convenient time was set up.
