I put down a $300 deposit for the Limited Edition Chrysler 300C in 2022. I was told from Chrysler.com that a vehicle was secured and Major World would reach out when the car comes in. I never received any calls or contact from Major World and now when I ask for the deposit back, they claim they never took any deposit and to reach out to Chrysler. Warning!! There was more than one promise they could not deliver on including the price. We told them we had a deal for $58500 including all dealer fees and registration and they said they could match that with 0% financing as well as the Costco rebate. Karen assured us she could match this pricing and her sales manager was aware and on board and they would not waste our time.
