I hired major toms to do a complete install, along with ductwork whole new system, and when this came about, it seems like they didn’t know how to do their paperwork they didn’t know how to submit for permits they never showed up to the job, and then they put a lien on my property after I gave them a deposit of half the monies, and they didn’t do any of the work I had to fire them. Run as fast as you can and look for another AC provider. Terrible service backed by terrible parts and cheap units. They installed a brand new temp star unit (cheap garbage) and completely overcharged me. Unit has broken - broken down monthly since new installation. Don’t be fooled by the family business- nice guy approach, run run run away from Major Tom! Be grateful you checked their reviews and read this one because you dodged a bullet.
I highly recommend Major Tom’s a/c They are fair priced and fast service I have used them on many occasions and I’m always impressed with there quality of work and pricing I had tried other companies. Since I found Tom’s I only call him for all my installations and repairs Happy Client
