Great service! Tom came by to fix our AC issue same day, spent the time to properly fix the issue.
I am very happy with my service from Major Tom. He was on time and fixed my air conditioner no problem. Very honest and a family business. I'll definitely be using Major Tom for future repairs.
I hired major toms to do a complete install, along with ductwork whole new system, and when this came about, it seems like they didn’t know how to do their paperwork they didn’t know how to submit for permits they never showed up to the job, and then they put a lien on my property after I gave them a deposit of half the monies, and they didn’t do any of the work I had to fire them. Run as fast as you can and look for another AC provider. Terrible service backed by terrible parts and cheap units. They installed a brand new temp star unit (cheap garbage) and completely overcharged me. Unit has broken - broken down monthly since new installation. Don’t be fooled by the family business- nice guy approach, run run run away from Major Tom! Be grateful you checked their reviews and read this one because you dodged a bullet.
