After some research, we selected Major Restorations to repair water damage in our kitchen. We have been thoroughly satisfied with their work. Workers were very respectful of our home throughout the cleanup process. We were updated as each step of the construction progressed. I felt the company represented us well in dealing with the Insurance company. I highly recommend Major Restoration for making a bad situation manageable. Workers were truly professional and meticulous throughout the project.
Three terms describing our experience with Major Restoration are: ‘quality workmanship’, ‘professionalism’, and ‘trust’. Duy, the estimator, did an accurate assessment of the water damage affecting two-thirds of our house and determined a timetable for restoration. I highly recommend Major Restoration Services! Anthony and Terry quickly showed up to assist with a flood in my basement at 9pm. They contained the water and quickly assessed and remedied the cause. Over the following 3 days Terry, Tyler, Craig and Anthony checked in on the status of the moisture in the basement and removed all of the areas with water damage. All 4 of these Gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I truly appreciate your compassion and help in managing a very stressful situation.
