Why are the phones always off?
The young lady at the front desk is always so sleepy, nonchalant and arrogant, it’s so frustrating when you are trying to handle business. She’s also not the nicest person, I use to somewhat enjoy going here until she started working here.

This is by far one of the WORST UNPROFESSIONAL CLINIC, I have had to encounter. The ladies in there are RUDE AND SO DISRESPECTFUL… and not to mention you are never thanked for coming in but they are so quick to HANG UP THE PHONE IN YOUR EAR WITH NO HESITATION even when you are still trying to talk. Where is their customer service, it is not there.. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone in or outside this area. We will not be doing business there anymore. Bad experience
When I moved to the area, I had a difficult time finding a Physician who shared my vision of what patient care should look like. I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Major. He is a caring Doctor who also has a wonderful office staff. Rodney, the office manager has gone above & beyond for me. I highly recommend Major Medical Clinic
