I'm not rating Rotech or the owners of the company, in my opinion, there's only one caring employee there. Adrian at the place is awesome. He takes care of the VA patients. Adrian is the only reason why we are still using this company. He is compassionate, professional, and answers questions appropriately. He takes the time to answer questions and educates patients and family members how to use the equipment, what to do if a problem arises and etcetera. Adrian puts my mother at ease with his knowledge.
