Bad customer service rookie Jeweler! Came in the other day to see about selling some gold pieces. I asked Steven, and I wanted to make sure there would be no marks if he were to test the gold. He procedes to take a sandpaper block and starts working away at both pieces and does the acid test on them. I was offered a fair price, but the ring and chain were clearly marked and damaged!
