this place treats you like family! everyone was extremely nice and did a wonderful job!!! will definitely be my go to spot
First time coming here and my tech completely rushed thru my pedicure. Throwing my legs around like they’re fake. Mind you , I’m 38 weeks pregnant. I can’t move but so much. Then I let her do my eyebrows and she gets chemical in my eye because she’s still rushing. Rushing for no reason because nobody is waiting to be serviced. First and LAST time coming here.
Had an amazing experience here! the ladies are very sweet and personable and I couldn't have asked for a better pedicure for my birthday.
Magic Nails was incredibly rude to me when I called to make an appointment; I am deaf, and have to call through a relay service. Even after explaining this, the person I spoke with hung up on me, even when I explained I was trying to book an appointment. Thinking this was done in error, I called back - he hung up on me again. I tried calling back a few more times, and he simply picked up the phone and hung it up on me each time without even speaking. This company will never get my business. I get my nails done every two weeks at magic nails, and I always have an amazing experience. the staff is always super friendly and they do a great job every time. nine and annie are my girls! love you guys! ❤
I went there on a Sunday with 4 cracked nails, had them repaired, went to work Monday morning, 2 of them cracked ( I’m a teacher, no manual labor) stopped by to let them know what happened, told them I’d be back later in the week to get a pedicure and they could repair them then. Well after the pedicure they were oblivious to the situation, after going back and forth of course every technician in the shop had something to say and of course in their languages which I don’t understand. RecommendedThe only place I have gone for the last five years. Wa(sp?) is the best at pedicures. And Kim always gets my nails perfect.
I just visited for the first time today and I'm very happy with the results. Danny did an awesome job with my tropical pedicure and gel manicure. They were all professional and actually opened earlier than their posted hours of noon. They have gained another loyal customer!!
