The customer service is very poor. No longer will be going here.
Disappointed. I had a nail repaired elsewhere in November. So I had the repaired nail last time I was at Majesty. No one said anything that day, but today they made a big fuss. However, no one spoke to me, only to each other, in a language I don't know. I explained at length, but no one acknowledged me. I asked repeatedly, "Does it have to come off?" when it looked like that's what they were doing. They had gotten out fake nail tips, but I didn't want that.
