I researched numerous places. They had the largest and best selection with the best prices. The customer service was amazing. And then once we bought the trailer they hook it up and make sure your good to go. We had an issue with our old hookup. The install guys were so patient and wonderful in determining the issue. I highly recommend. Good selection, prices and care about the customer.

Very poor service! They refuse to service what they sell. When I had an issue with an item I bought from them they referred me to the manufacturer of the product. When I asked for their help their exact words were "we do not make it, we only sell it". In reference to their Yelp ad they state "Here at Majestic Trailer & Hitch we strive to be the best in customer satisfaction". Exceptional help, and very fair prices. I needed to replace the leaf springs on my boat trailer. The staff helped me find all the parts I needed and walked me through a few things I had missed. My trailer is towing great again. Thanks Majestic!
