Majestic Property Management has been managing my rental property for approximately 4 years. My property is unique in that it is in a retirement community. The property has a strict HOA which monitors the property regularly to ensure that the HOA rules and regulations are followed. They have done an excellent job in managing my property keeping to the HOA rules. Since I am on a budget, they always have called me to discuss estimates for repairs.
