Excellent service – I decided to use Majestic Property Management because they were very responsive and quick. Also, they treated me and my property as they would treat their own business. I have been very pleased with Majestic Property Management so far. They found renters for my property in one week. They are very honest and they try to do their best.

They are honest and principled. – I have been very happy with Majestic Property Management. Having experienced other property managers, I know what a good property manager is and I really appreciate them. Prior to Majestic, I had another property manager that I was very unhappy with, so I called the Better Business Bureau. Professional. Reliable. Accommodating. We had two rental properties prior to working with Majestic Property Management. We are a busy family with three children, and wanted some help finding renters for the properties. I initially spoke with Richard, the owner, who made me feel at ease. Life Savers! – Majestic Property Management is such a life saver. When I could no longer handle all of my properties on my own, they swooped right in and saved the day. They are truly wonderful and I can really rely on them and trust them.

Taken Care Of – I appreciate how Majestic Property Management takes care of the tenants in my building. They make sure that they are making their payments on time but also that if they have any concerns that they are addressed and taken care of. Thank you.

They do a great job!! – Majestic Property Management manages all of my properties. They make my job of being the owner so easy. The take such great care of all my tenants and make sure that they are being taken care of, but also so that the rent is being paid. I highly recommend them!

I Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else – Majestic Property Management really helped me out in getting a new real estate loan from Majestic Mortgage Services with a significantly smaller principal balance. The mortgage consultants they set me up with were exceptionally professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They Always Come Through. – I love having Majestic Property Management by my side. They are always quick to find me new tenants and repair anything that needs fixing. They even save me money on repairs with fairly priced in-house maintenance rates. I know I can always trust them to come through for me on everything.
