They do a great job!! – Majestic Property Management manages all of my properties. They make my job of being the owner so easy. The take such great care of all my tenants and make sure that they are being taken care of, but also so that the rent is being paid. I highly recommend them!
I Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else – Majestic Property Management really helped me out in getting a new real estate loan from Majestic Mortgage Services with a significantly smaller principal balance. The mortgage consultants they set me up with were exceptionally professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They Always Come Through. – I love having Majestic Property Management by my side. They are always quick to find me new tenants and repair anything that needs fixing. They even save me money on repairs with fairly priced in-house maintenance rates. I know I can always trust them to come through for me on everything.
I hired this property management to manage my property in Stockton while I was out of state. They have done an extremely good job! They monitored my home like they claimed they would and I paid for landscaping expenses, my lawn looks great. They did a great job.

I love it! – My experience with Majestic Property Management has been great. I recently signed my lease with them for another year. I love my yard, my space, and my neighbors. I initially looked at a couple of different properties and, when I saw this, I knew it was the one. At the time, I was unemployed, but Majestic worked with me financially so that I could get the place I wanted. Just today at the grocery store, I recommended them to a friend who was looking to move. They rock! – I really like Majestic Property Management's late rent policy. Before using Majestic as my property manager I had tenants that chronically paid the rent late each month. Now if a tenant pays late, Majestic collects the late fee first (before collecting rent). This has changed the behavior of my tenants and now they always pay the rent on time. I am sure glad to have Majestic as my property manager.
Majestic manages multiple properties for me. What I noticed about them is that they are very knowledgeable. A lot of experience. They can handle all of the sticky situations that might arise while renting out my homes. Highly recommend!!
