Go somewhere else please!!!!!!! My concrete is literally falling apart. The top of the concrete is peeling off with chips everywhere. I have to cover it up with rugs to prevent the kids from stepping on the sharp edges or the concrete chips from falling into the pool. I understand concrete will get cracks but this is not cracking - literally the concrete is crumbling at the surface in large areas. Forwarned is forarmed Buyer beware! Our experience was worse than terrible. Trust me I have never had to do a negative review before and would never let anyone I care about deal with this company. Check Majestic Pools' rating with the Better Business Bureau...F Enough said!!
You are the very best! I purchased my tub from Majestic several years ago and have been happy with the product and service ever since. Their customer service is 2nd to none and chemical prices are the very best in town. I would not go anywhere else. Nice job Majestic!!!!
My Oasis The staff at Majestic Pools and Spas has been very helpful right from the sale of our spa to the "recipe" for maintenance chemicals to their suggestions for spa fragrances! They have made an enjoyable pastime even more enjoyable. Their store is easy to navigate and they are always there to help with the most affordable way to maintain our spa.
Spa Our experiece with Majestic Pools & Spas was a positive experience. The staff in the showroom was very knowledgeable. We have a very difficult backyard to get the spa into and they they aced it! They were a great bunch of guys and very cautious with the delivery. Then we had an electrical problem that the staff at Majestic were able to diagnose before our electrician made it back out to us!
Knowledgable Had acid problem with my inground. Steven at the store help me remedy the problem and balance the chems in the pool so it could get closed. Knew what they were talking about.
