It’s very disorganized, people owing rent and they don’t have all the correct files for people still A lot of the apartments has mole in the apartments when they don’t tell you about til you move in. They barely fix anything and everyone has to wait. I never lived at a place where they don’t have files ready nor fixing the issues. You have people living there when they not suppose to, security don’t do anything and the hang outs at night is ridiculous also
