The staff is unorganized and rude. I originally wanted to get gel polish but changed my mind and chose normal color. The lady rolled her eyes and proceeded to complain in her own language and used the terms ‘gel first’ so I knew it was about me. The manicure was shotty work because you could see through the polish. She did not bother adding another layer. Then came time to pay. She confused me and ended up trying to walk away with all of my cash, hence giving her an $8 tip for a trash mani pedi. I come here every few months with my daughter. She loves the hello kitty chairs. During the pedicure, he made my toes bleed as he pulled and ripped out the cuticle. Now three are infected, bright red, and painful around the nail.
They do a great job...The ladies are friendly...nice atmosphere...Very clean...also good with doing children's nails♥️
I had bad experience last Friday I left a comment about it yesterday they called me back and they fix my nails I might have had a bad experience but they where understanding and fix my nail
I’ve been going there for about 18 years would not going anywhere else .Very happy with work .👍
Love this place, one of the technicians can do any kind of design you show her no matter how complicated! Nail tech was fast and efficient. She listened to what I wanted and did her best to please.
