They could stand by their services. I had a $65 tip and dip and within 3 days, 7 of the tips came off. I was on a cruise when this happened and couldn't have them fixed. I contacted the salon and asked to speak to management. Jenna told me she would discuss this with the management team and they would get back to me with the best resolution. RecommendedThe Last Tangle Salon and Spa wows you from the moment you step in the Salon. The decor is so beautiful and warming. You are treated like you are the only one there the way you are pampered. The products they use have made my hair feel and glow like silk. My facial made my skin feel so rejuvenated. At the front desk sign in they offered me my favorite drink. The wine was my favorite. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants to look good, feel good and be treated like you are special because you are.
