My mother had her carpet cleaned by majestic. It was a pretty big room as well. When she mentioned that it also needed to be stretched, one of the Carmens volunteered and said that it would be no problem they could come back a few days later. *now just realize ALL the furniture is crammed out of this room into the kitchen waiting for this service to be done. We came home from vacation to the cats using our great room as the litter box, and not using the litter box much at all! The house had a horribly strong urine odor and we needed help fast. At 7:30 in the morning we called and the same day at 1:30 in the afternoon they were at our house to clean the carpets. Carpet looks great and no urine smell! Let me say it again, no cat urine smell. Never had this person do my carpets but anybody who leaves their dog in their van on a 90° day doesn't deserve any business. I could care less if his windows are down.

Did an awesome job on my carpets and couches today just in time for the twins due is two weeks. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Even moved a few things, I forgot to move, out of the way to clean under them. Again great job and thanks a lot.
