botched a kitchen floor job. wont respond to email, calls or texts. I have lots of pics and will happily share. carmen refuses to get in touch. floors need to be torn up and redone. different color caulk was used, floor has collapsed in spots, transition piece was put on CARPET! they guarantee their work yet wont respond to get this sorted. I'm happy to show pics

Had Majestic Maintenance out today for an emergency carpet cleaning service after our 3 year old dropped half a container of laundry detergent on our basement carpet. Mike from Majestic(who has serviced our home before) responded within the hour and as always was friendly and professional. He wore a mask, gloves and was understanding why I didn’t shake his hand after his exceptional service due to the pandemic guidelines. Great company! Small bedroom, living room, man cave and steps all done in about an hour and a half. Ryan was friendly and our carpets look great!
No mess to big or to small, if it absolutely positively must be cleaned these are the guys for the job!
