I thought they did a wonderful job on my feet. They took their time really Cleaning my cuticles and giving me a massage. Gel Polish, and it’s holding really well.

Such a horrible experience; I came in asking if they did gel x nails. I was told yes, asked to sit and later was shocked when she started doing a fill instead of what I haf asked for. More damaging was my nail techs' inability to keep the shape I already came in with, as I requested multiple times. Instead she rushed the service, failed to trim my cuticles and ignored my multiple protests that I didn't like the shape. Now I'm stuck with stubby, oddly shaped nails for the next two weeks.
