Should have never gone back after the first time, but the guy who does the tile work is really good. To bad the staff is either extremely rude, or doesn't know what is going on. Don't expect a return phone call back or a answer to your question unless you talk to Rob, if they let you talk to Rob. Do expect to get yelled at talked down to, and forget about them listening to what the problem is. They don't want to hear it! $!.
