I had the best experience here. Miguel at the very beginning was very attentive to every detail. He made sure to do a fine job on engraving my knives. I will return again for sure.
I had a wedding ring I purchased a few years ago from custom ring shop on Etsy. Immediately upon purchasing it, it had an issue with the stone setting and the Etsy seller was no help. I brought it in, and Miguel helped me fix it at a very good price (cheaper than shipping it back to the Etsy store). While I loved the look of the ring, it had a major design flaw that lead to it breaking after exactly 3 years.
