Horrible customer service by Toni. The lost repairs pre/post close were in abundance covering two full pages. The preclose items were never completed as per the closing documents. Toni personally came out to my house to start arguments and only response to repairs was “no”. Even though it was in writing. Three years later I am still fighting to get the items/warranty completed. I had to get my own service people out here to fix and send her the bill. This builder has extreme lack of communication and integrity. Problems are too numerous to mention think twice before you proceed with this builder.
