Reason for good review here is the best place ever 10 Stars you guys do a better job than hammer does like hammer and Eden prairie they suck and their staffing services is dumb now this is a place that I do belong in I am thinking about moving to this place to be honest cuz when you live in Eden prairie you're so far away from them sagent which I don't want to be far but it would be nice if you guys can please lower your prices on rent and leasing far away from sagent my counseling there sagent
DO NOT RENT HERE. They make up for their cheap rent with horrible fees, will bill you multiple times, and won’t keep accurate records. If they ever have to think about you there will be fees, and if you can’t pay within HOURS, eviction is their first and only response.
Avoid leasing here at all costs!
Be careful of any Hayloft properties. They will charge you to repaint the apartment when you move out. They charge horrible prices just so they can keep your deposit. They use a flat paint so if you try to wash your walls, the paint will come off and then they will charge you to repaint. They don’t care about their tenants. They are a family run business and all they want is the money and they will take every penny if your deposit.
