I had made a comment to express my dissatisfaction with the way the driver had driven my sick mother who was over 85 years old. But after talking to the company manager, I understood that I should not judge the company by the behavior of the employees. But managers must ensure that their employees take good care of the patients.

Very kind and efficient. My family member is undergoing chemo and must utilize van transport. when her care facility can’t take her, I use Majestic. A bright spot in the otherwise difficult and confusing maze of arranging fir cancer care. Majestic staff are just so friendly and kind and helpful that I would give them 10 stars if I could. The phone is answered by an actual person whi patiently describes the available services and rates. Drivers are on time and very respectful of passengers.
