I swear your overnight people are sleeping. I usually call to see if it's open. Supposed to be 24hrs but 9 times out of 10 they say it's not working. Also answer the phone hello? Just woke them up that's why.
This is what you get for washing your car over here. The staff denied any responsibility and told me to go wash my car again. Now I already spent money on car wash, and I have to come home to wash it again
Paid for the biggest carwash, it just quit near the end of the cycle and stopped working, no time to dry off car or anything. Went inside and they told me "can't do anything" and then issued a "basic" rewash. I just paid for the top level (i.e. wax, etc) and you re-issue me a basic (lowest level) rewash to wash off the wax? Don't go here.
