After 5 hours that ended up with 2 plumbers on what should have been a very small job, the only thing the plumber could say was "I am struggling here". Do not use this company. Poor communication. Poor workmanship. Charged me for supplies that they should not have and did not use. I had this same project (adding a completed water softener and filter) plumbed at my previous house that took 45 minutes and was installed correctly. I now have to hire a different company to fix their poor workmanship.
Great company, have used them for multiple issues/projects over the last 5 years. Always very fast to come out and Patrick always does a fantastic job and is an awesome guy in general!
service was good. plumbers were professional and nice. my biggest complaint is when I received my invoice and seen the outrageous upcharge on the parts they used. will no longer use this company for any of my plumbing or heating needs
STICKER SHOCK! Unbelievable and I asked, no answer no bill had to call for what I owed. Issues years ago, should have learned my lesson. But I know the techs life story, oh boy.
