Hi Trina. Not sure of the issues you are having. Did you purchase a warranty? If you have not spoken with your salesperson to discuss, please contact them or their manager at Sterling or Dixon. We try very hard to ensure all issues are addressed. If this issue has come up recently 6 months after your purchase we would like to know about it. Again, please contact us in person or by phone to see if we can assist.
