I called HOA about 4 times. The first 2 was with another person who didn’t really help and couldn’t hear me and the line disconnected. The 2nd two times was with Monica Johnson at MMI that was very welcoming, respectful, and helped me to create an account and put a work order in. Now hopefully the wait won’t be too long for the work order to be fixed.
