A totally unprofessional HOA management company. Very hardly answer there phones and when they do they do there so called Property managers are never available. There emergency phone number is a home Took over 9 months to get a water pipe leak addressed by WSSC . They claimed it was a water drainage issue They refuse to enforce HOA common area Violations and also pas the buck..Have a history of breaking into units To do nkn emergency termite inspections etc without consent and changes the locks Their idea of snow removal is ... read more
