This company from the president/ceo to the staff, with the exception of the receptionists who at least answer the phone, are terrible! On their rare ocassion of getting them to answer telephone calls, emails, or texts they are rude. They forget we pay them to do a service. We're sorry you feel this way. We have a much larger than average staff for our size who all are dedicated and who all have direct supervisors nearby at all times. Sometimes, we find that owners are not happy because they do not understand the difference between condominium living and rental apartment living or between management authority and board authority.
