Ellen really blew our minds today. I came in to shop with a girlfriend and her baby. The baby was crying and Ellen swooped right in to play with and calm the baby so we could shop. What a rockstar. Way to meet us where we were with exactly what we needed. Thank you Ellen!
They were very helpful and friendly! They accommodated me well in the fitting room, by looking for my sizes while I tried clothes on. It was my first time here and I loved it.

If you ask me why retail is dying, I’ll tell you why. Zero customer service or support. Three people working in an empty store doing nothing. If you need help with anything you purchased online, they will not bother for a second to make an effort to help you. “Other stores do not assist customer with their online purchases.” Really? Where? What other stores? So pathetic and does nothing good to the brand. Why would anybody keep three useless people on payroll at 11am on a Tuesday? Have no clue.
