Literally yelled at by Dr. because I was trying to find out why it took so long to get my new Rx called in after my office visit almost 2 weeks ago. Of course I was frustrated but he did not have to yell and accuse me of calling his staff negligent which I didn’t and then tell me to go some where else. Never experienced this in my profession as a nurse or teacher. All over a blood pressure medication. Now I have to find a new doctor.
Horribly rude doctor went for testing for covid and never got results. Nurse lied and said she spoke to us on a certain day all of us checked phone records and nothing never a call from them regarding results. Never a call from them ever. Except today just for the Doctor to tell me too bad conversation over and to hang up on me. Don’t waste your money or time.
RecommendedDr. Majzoubi is an excellent and very caring doctor. He has been my Dr. for 10 years and has helped me through some difficult times to get my health back on track. I could never thank him enough. His staff are also the best! I highly recommend this medical clinic.

Stop using the *entire* patient's first visit ($125) to carry on in detail about how you and your family moved here from Chicago (because it was "too cold" lol), how many "alternative" services you have to offer (I didn't need any), how many other health care offices you know (you don't), and how much "better" you are than other physicians; you aren't. On top of that, this office has no patient follow-through whatsoever and a lack of office professionalism in every way.
I have been going here almost 2 years! I absolutely loved the staff and the doctor. About the last 6 months anytime I needed an appointment I would wait anywhere from 45 minutes in the waiting room and then continue to wait 45 minutes to an hour in the room to be seen 4 less than 5 minutes. My last doctor's visit in October I was literally there for 3 hours. Today I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me I had to pay $75 of my $100 deductible in order to be seen because I had a balance of $90. I have ne... read more
I have been in pain... miserable pain...for 0ver 9 years. It's been 3 weeks since Maj did an IV stem cell treatment and I have no more pain ! Actually the next day most of the pain was gone...Stop wasting you money on bad Docs and pills!. Stem cells have the potential to treat and cure 100's of conditions. I have researched stems for several years and chose Maj... They did an great job....
