Most Mexican restaurants start you out with chips and salsa. Generally so so taste and freshness. Your hungry so you eat. When your meal comes it tastes great in comparison. MAIZ surprised me. I’ve never had better tasting chips and salsa, both made fresh in the restaurant. How could they top this? Easy to do when I tasted my chicken enchiladas. Completely blown away.
