Food was okay. The chips and salsa was the best thing. The portions were small compared to most Mexican restaurants. If the food was more authentic it would of been better. For what you pay they should give you more food.

I had the grilled shrimp with rice, pico de gallo and sliced avocado. It was super delicious as everything I have ever had at Maiz. Topped it off with a House Margarita Grande. I love Maiz!

Awesome! I drove 2 hours to visit a friend near there and he'd been wanting to try this place. What a great choice of restaurants! The Prickly Pear is the best, and prettiest margarita by far! The food was impeccable, and for as busy as it was, we didn't have to wait long for our meal to arrive. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. MAIZ was definitely a memorable place to dine!

They had A MOUSE IN THE RESTAURANT AND SAID THAT ITS AN OLD BUILDING. They only gave me $5 off my next meal..... IT SHOULD'VE BEEN FREE Because if I had made a Scene they would've not made me pay. Its so gross I can't understand that. The mouse literally crawled behind me 😭😭😭😭
