Recently purchased a home with windows that would not stay open. Found Maitland glass via internet, something I rarely do, but I am glad I did. Joe knew exactly what was wrong. Came to house promptly, figured out what parts I needed, and found them! Replacement parts better quality than original. Showed me how to clean and maintain windows so they last another 20 yrs. Excellent service and quality work.
