Pleasant They were very easy to work with and pleasant. There was no back and forth draama, and our car was set aside and ready to go as soon as everything was finalized.
Great help I am not a fan of the sales process so I went through the internet sales department at Maitia Toyota. Mehdi was a great help streamlining the entire process. A few emails back and forth and they were able to order the exact vehicle I wanted. A good experience over all. I've also had great experiences with their service dept with my old vehicle as well.
The sales people The sales people at Maita are top-notch. They treated me with respect, didn't monkey around with the terms I needed, and were very efficient in the process of buying my new Toyota. I worked with Kal online first, the sales manager Tony, and Mario in finance--all three were friendly and professional and made the experience enjoyable. Thanks guys!
Extremely helpful Ruben was extremely helpful and took extra time to introduce us to cars that just came in. He is very easy to work with and very personable. He knew a lot about many different cars.

Fantastic experience!!!! I had to take the time to give a positive acknowledgement to a particular salesman at Maita Toyota on Auburn blvd. HIs name is Ben Ossome. As funny as it sounds, my wife and I almost forgot why we were there. I mean this in a positive way. He was so relaxed we began a friendship sharing opinions and the love of our country. Knowledgable This place is super knowledgable. All the salesman and staff really know their cars. They answered all our questions and did not even rush or pressure us. They were very patient with the amount of questions we kept asking.
This review is regarding This review is regarding their service department. I took my wife's 2003 Toyota Rav4 in after it began experiencing a harsh shifting symptom. It was a drop-off, no appointment. The service adviser checked to see if there were any recalls, and there were none. The next day he called me to let me know there was a problem with the car's computer and that there was a Technical Service Bulletin, issuing an extended warranty for 10 years, or 150,000 miles for that specific part, if the car was experiencing... read more
Enjoyable experience Everyone made us feel welcome, and made my car shopping experience very enjoyable, fun, and a memorable trip. My children had fun playing on the pirate ship, watching Nemo in their salt fish tank and playing around keeping themselves entertained while I conducted my business. Thank you for the awesome car, great deal and making this an enjoyable experience. Even the credit part was painless and not stressful.
